Early Life
Christian was born in Springfield, MO, and grew up in foster care, where he faced early adversity and was often told what his life would or wouldn’t include. Despite the challenges, living through twelve foster homes and four group homes, Christian was determined to rise above the limitations others placed on him. From a young age, he knew he would defy the odds.
Biography
At the age of fifteen, Christian began his working career in fast food. This humble beginning marked the start of his journey toward proving that he would not become just another statistic. He then worked one-on-one with disabled patients, providing care and support, which helped him develop compassion and strong interpersonal skills. His career path took a pivotal turn when he landed a role in marketing at the Holiday Inn. This experience allowed Christian to realize the value of social skills and opened his eyes to the impact he could have on others by giving back and using his talents to uplift those who needed a voice.

His goal is not just to make employees successful in their current roles but to set them up with transferable skills that can benefit them across industries. His ability to lead and mentor has led to him representing major companies and refining his expertise in motivational speaking, business management, and strategy development.
